Roro AB ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data of users of our mobile game app, Hello Home. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use Hello Home (“the app”) currently available via TestFlight (iOS) and Google Play’s Closed Testing Track (Android).

2. Platforms and Availability

Hello Home is currently available through Apple TestFlight and Google Play’s Closed Testing Track. It is intended to be released publicly via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

3. Data Collection and Use

Currently, we do not collect any personal information directly through the App. However, we collect and process email addresses from individuals who voluntarily sign up via our website for testing purposes. These emails are used solely for:

  • Adding testers to Apple’s TestFlight and/or Google Play testing programs

  • Providing updates or information about testing opportunities

  • Replying to player feedback left through TestFlight and Google Play.

Users can unsubscribe from these communications at any time via the link in the email, and their data will be deleted from our list.
We rely on user consent as our legal basis for collecting and processing email addresses via our sign-up form, and for the use of cookies and analytics tools. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

4. Third-Party Services

Currently, we do not use any third-party analytics, advertising tools or cloud services within the app.

We do use services provided by:

  • Apple (TestFlight) to distribute iOS builds

  • Google (Google Groups, Google Play Console) to manage Android testers

These platforms manage their own user data (such as email addresses) in accordance with their respective privacy policies, and they act as independent data controllers. While we initiate the invitations, we do not control or access any data beyond what is necessary to enroll you in testing. SquareSpace

Additionally, our website is hosted and managed through SquareSpace. When you submit your email address through our Early Access sign-up form, that information is processed and stored by Squarespace on our behalf. Squarespace acts as a data processor and does not use your personal information for its own purposes. For more details, please see Squarespace’s Privacy Policy.

Analytics and Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the site. We have implemented a cookie consent banner to give visitors control over which cookies are activated.

We also use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors interact with our site. Google Analytics collects information such as IP addresses, browser types, and pages visited. This data helps us improve the experience for our users, but it does not include personally identifiable information.

Our app is intended for a general audience, including users aged 13 and up. If we learn that a child has shared personal information with us in violation of applicable laws, we will delete that information unless retaining it is necessary to meet our legal obligations (such as complying with a lawful investigation) or to safeguard the integrity of our services.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Emails collected for testing are stored securely and are deleted upon unsubscription.

  • Access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data
